12. Maio

Wide stretches of pristine golden beach, gorgeous turquoise seas, and atmosphere constitute a great vacation spot. Avatar Beach in Boa Vista is the third-most important loggerhead turtle breeding place. Cabo Verde is best visited between July and September, when you may watch the turtles cross the sand to nest and lay their eggs. Boa Vista visitors should visit the Cabo Santa Maria shipwreck, Viana desert, and relax on the sand.

15. Santa Luzia

Santa Luzia is situated between the towns of Sao Vicente and Sao Nicolau. Santa Luzia is the smallest island in Cabo Verde and the only one that is uninhabited.
