Kalen DeBoer reports the health of Alabama WR. Cole Adams
Cole Adams, Alabama football’s wide receiver, suffered an injury during the Crimson Tide’s victory over the Missouri Tigers on Saturday at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Adams missed Saturday’s game in the first quarter due to a reported lower-body ailment. This occurred after Adams was hit from behind by a Missouri defender while attempting to screen block a pass play for C.J Dipree.
The Oklahoma native was assisted off the field by medical personnel and did not return to play after the first quarter.
Kalen DeBoer then commented on Adams’ current position.
“We’ll do more evaluation, but it feels like it’s gonna be something that might be a little bit of time where he’ll be missed,” DeBoer said. “We’ll probably have more on Monday with that, but that’s what it feels like right now.”
Adams has six receptions for 94 yards this season and is a consistent returner on special teams.
