On Sunday, the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers will meet battle in what could be the weekend’s most anticipated game. Detroit (6-1) will go to Green Bay (6-2) to compete for first place in the NFC North. However, this matchup extends beyond their divisions. The winner will have an advantage in securing one of the top seeds in the NFC playoffs this year.

 

However, Detroit was not fortunate enough to get one huge break in this vital game.

Love did not practice on Wednesday, but he conducted drills with several teammates in the rain on Thursday. Wearing a helmet and padding, he threw and passed the ball while conducting ball security drills. According to The Athletic, despite being a limited participant Friday and officially listed as questionable, he is likely to participate in the NFC North showdown.
