It is truly a gorgeous Sunday, as Brendan Rodgers’ side now has broad daylight at the top of the Scottish Premiership standings, with Celtic two points clear of Aberdeen and 11 points ahead of Rangers.

Celtic never got out of second gear at Tynecastle in a goalless first half as they struggled to establish their rhythm.

However, a halftime chat from Brendan Rodgers ignited Celtic’s thrashing of Hearts, as goals from Kyogo Furuhashi, Nicolas Kuhn, and a double from substitute Adam Idah ensured the three points were returned to Paradise.
