The 2024 World Economic Forum Early Career Program provides 15 distinct internship opportunities for young leaders to engage with the most prominent political, business, and other leaders in society to establish alliances, projects, and initiatives.

The World Economic Forum is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation, dedicated to improving the status of the world. Its mission is to address industrial, regional, and systemic concerns both digitally and physically.

The World Economic Forum Early Career Program believes that talents are an essential and vibrant part of our Organization.

Through our Early Career Programme, we welcome young professionals with a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, skills, and experiences.

We will welcome applicants interested to engage with Forum’s Constituents, contribute to building expert knowledge and support organizational strategic operations.

Eligibility Requirements:

Interested applicants for World Economic Forum Early Career Program must meet the following requirements;

  • Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Interest and experience in programme and project management, leadership development and community management
  • Experience writing for a professional audience and digital publishing and/or content creation.
  • Perfect command of verbal and written English; with excellent professional writing skills in English
  • Digital native comfortable with a variety of collaboration tools, proficient in MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM software (database management experience an asset).

Benefit:

  • Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office
  • We will accommodate start dates between September 1st to October 15th 2023
  • Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4’400.- (salary: CHF 4’050- plus health benefits: CHF 350-)
  • All required technological equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and accesses
  • Minimal travel support
