Details:

The Shell Assessed Internship immediately assigns a supervisor and mentor to successful applicants and conducts regular assessments throughout the internship to ensure you get the most out of your experience. You will have a formal mid-term review with your supervisor and mentor as part of the Assessed Internship. At the end of your internship, you will be expected to create a presentation regarding your project, and your supervisor and mentor will discuss project delivery and performance.

• Typically, 10-12 weeks in your chosen business area.
• A real project with a significant level of business impact.
• Discovering which skills you need to develop, through constructive feedback.
• Developing valuable networks and contracts for future career opportunities.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered for the hell Assessed Internship, you must:

• Applicants must be graduates
• You will be evaluated on your capacity for analysis
• Decision-making and creating workable solutions as well as
• Your drive, enthusiasm, resilience and confidence
• During an Assessed Internship, you will have a formal mid-term review with your mentor and supervisor. Following this, there will be a final review where there would be a competency based interview.
• You will also be asked to prepare a final presentation about your project.
• Your success in the Assessed Internship could result in you being offered a full time role
