Hibs ‘absolutely capable’ of upsetting unbeaten Celtic as star believes job is ‘not impossible’
Warren O’Hora believes Hibs have the potential to cause the biggest upset of the Premiership season thus far on Saturday.
In recent games, the Hibees collected four points out of six against Aberdeen and Motherwell, giving them some confidence as they head to Celtic Park.
Celtic have gone unbeaten in the league this season, and a number of fans and commentators have already declared them champions.
However, Hibs centre-back O’Hora believes his club will have a game plan and are ‘absolutely capable’ of creating a shock outcome in Glasgow.
Warren O’Hora on Hibs facing Celtic
When asked what Hibs can learn from Aberdeen’s 2-2 draw with Celtic at Parkhead, O’Hora replied, “Yeah, you have to go back and look at those games and see what works for those clubs.
“There’s no doubt we’ll have a game plan of our own going into it. As you said, Aberdeen took points off them and we took points off Aberdeen this season as well.
“I’m not going to say it’s an impossible task but it’s a very, very tough one. But it’s something that we’re definitely capable of.”
O’Hora under no illusions however
Despite his obvious confidence, O’Hora recognises that getting anything out of the game will be a monumental job.
The Irishman went on to say, “I don’t think anyone needs to know how tough it is. It’s a fantastic environment to play football, and winning there will undoubtedly be challenging.
“Look, we have to have a go and believe in ourselves, no doubt that we will. The manager and his staff have told us that and we’ll have a right go.”
