ICYMI: A RB Shocking collapsed horribly on the sidelines during the game
The Alabama are considering placing running back Tyler Badie on injured reserve following his horrifying collapse at MetLife Stadium on Sunday.
Badie, 24, was hit hard by the Jets’ Quincy Williams and, while walking back to the sidelines under his own strength, he went to the ground seconds later, raising serious concerns about his health.
He was aware and conversing with medics when he was stretchered back to the locker room, and he returned to Denver a few hours later than his teammates, but head coach Sean Payton has now revealed more about his future situation.
Speaking with reporters, he indicated Badie might ‘potentially’ be placed on injured reserve, which would keep him out for at least the next four games.
Badie was the only Broncos player who did not practice on Wednesday, due to a ‘back issue’, according to the team report.
